We love meeting new patients at Forever Young Dentistry, and if you are looking for a new dentist we would look forward to meeting you.
Maybe your old dentist has finally decided to retire after a long and successful career. Maybe you recently moved to the area and are looking for a new family dentist.
Maybe you haven’t been to the dentist in years due to dental anxiety, but you realize it’s better to receive routine care than to risk having a dental emergency.
No matter your reasons, Dr. Young and the rest of our staff hope to get to know you and your family. We would love the opportunity to show you our approach to dental care.
Our dentist office is located in Sterling Heights, MI, but our patients come from Rochester Hills, Troy, and anywhere in between.
A Patient-Centered Practice
Everything we do at Forever Young Dentistry is intended either to improve the quality of the dental care that we provide or to improve the comfort of our patients.
We also recognize that your time is valuable, too. The technologies that we have incorporated into our practice — like digital X-rays and same-day dental crowns — are here to make your visits more efficient and to reduce the number of visits you need to make.
And because we are able to provide preventive, cosmetic, and restorative dental care in one location, we can handle almost all of your family’s dental needs in our office. Fewer referrals mean less time on the road, and again, fewer dental appointments for you and your loved ones.
Believe it or not, our office was specifically designed to improve dental care. The architect who created it had been a dentist before changing careers. He used that knowledge to create a space that allows our team to smoothly transition from one patient to the next.
If you decide to become one of our new patients (and we hope that you do), we will treat you like our own families.
When a member of your family is seated in one of our chairs, you can expect that he or she will receive compassionate care from a trained and experienced dental professional.
We like to start regular cleanings for patients by the time they are 3 years old, but we encourage you to bring your child to visit us before that. Believe it or not, we have treated cavities in children as young as 2 years old.
Bringing your child to our office at an early age will reduce the chances that he or she may develop dental anxiety.
One of the things we try to do with all our patients, but particularly our young patients, is teaching them proper oral hygiene. We can answer any questions that you or your family members have about brushing, flossing, or the routine cleanings that we provide in our office.
We also like to anticipate possible problems whenever possible. Part of the care you will receive in our office is a risk assessment. Depending on the age of the patients, this could include assessing your risk of cavities or gum disease.
It could include preparing for orthodontic treatment (such as Invisalign) or monitoring the growth of wisdom teeth to decide if they should be removed.
Doing The Right Thing
Dr. Young will tell you that our practice follows a philosophy of always trying to do the right thing for our patients.
We are not going to do just enough to get by. We want to provide you and your family with the best products and the best service that we can offer.
To do this, we have made continuing education a priority as well. We want to understand the latest techniques, and we want to be aware of technological changes that could change dental care. When and if we add new equipment, we want to do so because it will benefit you — our patients.
