We Accept Guardian Insurance

  • June 9, 2016

You know you need to take care of your oral health, but you also want to know that your dentist accepts the dental insurance offered by your company.

If you have Guardian insurance, you won’t have any worries if you come to Forever Young Dentistry. Our dentist office is located in Sterling Heights, MI, but it’s an easy drive from nearby communities like Rochester and Troy.

Our team will work on your behalf to get the most out of your insurance plan.

Family And General Dental Care

You love your family and you want them to have the best dental care possible. We also suspect that you would prefer to visit one dentist who can treat every member of your family.

That’s exactly what we can do for you and your family at our office.

We are glad to see our youngest patients any time after their first tooth arrives. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry has noted that children who see the dentist before their first birthday are less likely to need restorative care later in life.

By building a relationship with your children early, he or she is more likely to see the dentist office as a routine part of keeping his or her mouth as healthy as possible.

As your children get older, we can serve their changing oral care needs. Around the age of 3, we start routine cleanings and examinations.

Our staff also is happy to answer any questions you may have about your children’s or your own oral care. Patient education can go a long way toward giving you the tools to prevent gum disease, tooth decay, and bigger problems.

A Wide Range Of Services In One Location

As a general dental practice, the foundation of everything we do is preventive care. We encourage all our patients to visit us a few times every year for professional cleanings and examinations.

In addition to removing plaque and tartar and watching for signs of tooth decay and gum disease, we also screen for oral cancer. We do this by using a VELscope, which can allow us to see potential problem areas that would couldn’t see with our eyes alone.

We always hope that we don’t find anything, but we also know that early detection greatly improves the effectiveness of oral cancer treatment.

Many parents also take advantage of dental sealants. We all know that kids don’t always eat as healthy as they should. Sealants can create an added barrier to protect their most vulnerable teeth from the bacteria that cause cavities.

But our practice also does much more than preventive dentistry.

We also offer a number of restorative and cosmetic services.

Restorative dentistry is meant to repair teeth that have been damaged or to replace teeth that have been lost.

This could include something as small as dental bonding or tooth-colored fillings to repair minor damage to something as complicated as implant-retained dentures to replace every tooth in your mouth.

Many of today’s restorative services are so good that most people won’t be able to tell the restored teeth from your natural ones.

Cosmetic dentistry is a great way to make your smile even better. Whether you would like to straighten your teeth with Invisalign, have your teeth professionally whitened, or change a gummy smile, we can the skill and the knowledge to make that happen.
